Muscle Milk (in Vanilla Creme) gave us the strength we needed to power through the tough terrain.

Both Barb and I came down with a case of Mango Madness. Oddly enough, when you drink it, you feel much better!

Barb and I are on our way! Starting from Pittsburgh and ending in Yakima, we'll stop in California to enjoy the coast.

Toured the Mall today in Washington DC today, June, 27th, 2009. Walked from the Capitol building down to the National Monument then to the White House. Lovely day, weather, lots of walking. I'm tired! Heading off to NYC tomorrow.
